- Interested in learning lantern making skills and supporting a professional artist running community workshops to make lanterns for the Blackburn Festival of Light parade on Saturday 15th December 2018?
- Able to attend a training session on Sunday 11th November 2018 1-4pm, and commit to an agreed number of workshop dates in November and December?
- Happy to work with groups of people as support for an artist?
