Blackburn Festival of Light’s annual event this year is part of the Festival of the Moon!
We will be celebrating nocturnal creatures and insects in our parade, visiting a lunar garden and a tidal light installation, dancing through the streets with stilt walkers and being entertained by magical moths and firedancers!
