Do you want to help us light up the whole town?

Join us for an online event where we celebrate your light-up activity at home.
Light up your gardens, back yards, alleyways and windows with wonderful creations and send us photos and videos

We are hosting an online event on Facebook on the weekend of 21st-22nd November and are asking you all to light up your homes, gardens, alleyways, windows and yourselves, with lanterns, illuminated scenes, shadow puppets, light up costumes and anything else you can think of! You can send in videos and images in advance, for us  to share with our community, or you can post in the event over the weekend so that we have live content coming in too 

We will be re sharing all our video tutorials and releasing all the submitted content for the projection so you can see everyone’s contributions in their full glory! We are also hoping to have a film of the projection to share for anyone who can’t get into town to see it live.

We know it is hard being isolated but we’d love to create a real festival feel so join us if you can.

Take inspiration from our videos and activities – learn a dance, do some light up poi, make a shadow puppet show, display your lanterns, or any other light up ideas of your own- and help us make this year’s festival happen all across the town.
