Moon Light Trail

From 7th to 24th December, you can embark on a lunar light adventure around the town centre

Alongside the Festival is the Moon Light Trail- a series of illuminated windows created by Blackburn Festival of Light artists and Blackburn College Students, enabled by Blackburn BID and hosted by local shops and businesses. This is the third year that Blackburn Festival of Light have created an illuminated window trail and this year we are really excited to bring you some fantastic pieces of work.

From 7th to 24th December, Blackburn town centre is being taken over by a light trail, which is completely lunar-themed to fit with the town’s overall moon theme this Christmas.

You don’t just get to see fun projections, but you have the chance to win a prize! Find a letter at each illumination to spell out a moon related word or phrase.

Pick up one of the Moon Light Trail leaflets from The Mall, the Market Visitor’s Centre, The Bureau, the Library or The Museum and follow the map, collecting letters as you go.

Write the word or phrase overleaf, then complete your details and hand the form into The Ask Me Point, The Mall Blackburn to be in with a chance of winning £100 in high street vouchers!
