If you didn’t already know, our parade this year is going to have to be a Virtual Parade due to COVID restrictions. We have been fortunate however to be part of a funded project with Blackburn BID – Believe in Blackburn– which will involve us being part of a huge light up projection installation by Double Take Projections.
There are loads of ways to get involved with it all and we’d love you to be part of it again.
